    The first thing you see when entering a TeamEngine workspace.

    They say that first impression are the most lasting and each TeamEngine workspace has a start page that you may design exactly as you want. It may contain a variety of things – a forum, a calendar or a document list – but the most common is a static welcoming page with general information about the workspace.

    You may also add other important information such as upcoming meetings, the latest changes as well as members of the site.

    Store, edit and approve documents.

    In the document list you will find, as the name suggests, what could be called the key of a collaboration – the documents. The document module has many features to make your work easier. To the docuemt list you may upload an entire folder structure as well as edit or share files.

    You may also save document as different versions, also approve documents and protocols directly in TeamEngine.

    Calendar

    Create shared calendars for everyone.

    Keeping track of appointments and deadlines are among the most vital things in a collaboration, and in a shared calendar you may easily schedule appointments, add milestones and reminders. You may also create lists over participants so members may see who is attending meetings. Appointments and reminders may of course be sent to members' own calendars so no one misses a date.

    You may also link the meeting material to a calendar entry so participants know what information needs to be read in advance.
