The list's history is logged, and with full traceability, you can rest assured that all insiders have confirmed that they are aware of their obligations in accordance with Mar.

It can be time-consuming and stressful to monitor the status of insider lists and any action that might need to be taken. In our Insider Manager, emails are automatically sent to the administrator if and when actions are required. Administrators will also, immediately upon login, know if all insiders have confirmed their obligations on our Dashboard. The Dashboard also includes an overview of actions required for you to be compliant, if measures need to be taken.

Export insider lists into Excel

As soon as an insider list is created a first version is saved. As events occur, new versions are created and saved. The versions can all be exported to Excel should you be requested to provide information to the financial authorities.

Automatic conversion of time zone

In order to be compliant with Mar, the time of all events must be given in UTC. With our Insider Manager, you don't need to convert time into UTC manually. The system takes care of converting time zones for you.

Analytical tools for web statistics

TeamEngine uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Information created by cookies (including your IP-address) is forwarded to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States of America.

The purpose of assessing how the website is used is to improve content, navigation and structure. Google may also give your information to a third-party if required by law, or in such cases information is processed by a third-party for Google. Google will not associate IP-addresses with other data acquired by Google. The analytical tool preferences used by TeamEngine have anonymised the data stored with Google by removing the last digits in your IP-address before providing it to Google.

If you do not want your visits to the TeamEngine website to be shown in the statistics of Google Analytics, you can choose to reject marketing cookies.
