Find agendas, related documents and everything surrounding a meeting

In the Board Portal, you will find everything that you need before, during and after a meeting. Practical information such as the date and time, a list of participants, the agenda along with relevant documents are all stored in one location. Users have the ability to download the boardpack/book with a click of a button, merging all papers into one PDF pack, with an agenda page and automatic page numbering throughout. Users also have the ability of working electronically in the boardbook, where you can seamlessly change papers, make private annotations and prepare for meetings in its entirety.

Record minute notes and e-sign

On the Board Portal, you can record the minutes of a meeting directly adjacent to the relevant meeting in the board calendar. Once the minutes have been drawn up and approved, they can also be e-signed within the Board Portal. Select who should sign the minutes, as well as enable the option of an extra layer of security in the form of OTP. A simple and secure method to get documents signed quickly by the right person, regardless of where they are.

Share annotations and communicate

There are several ways to communicate securely within your TeamEngine portal. If you have made annotations in a document, these can be shared with those who have access to it. There is also a Discussion Forum in which you can create polls, ask open questions and discuss sensitive subjects.

The Board Portal on both the web and app

The Board Portal is entirely cloud based and requires no IT implementation whatsoever. As well as being available on any device, for those of you who prefer to work on a smartphone or tablet, the TeamEngine Board Portal app is available to download for both iOS and Android.

Control access to sensitive documents

In TeamEngine’s Board Portal, you can customise the menu structure. Working in the background is a strong access control system where different access levels are assigned depending on each person’s role. Secure video meetings

Hold your video meetings directly in TeamEngine via our calendar. You can easily start a secure video conference there, which means that those invited to participate in the meeting will find everything in one and the same location. As the video service is embedded in our Board Portal, it is protected by TeamEngine’s high security. No data can be sent abroad, in accordance with GDPR.
