New features in Insider Manager

New features are now available in TeamEngine Insider Manager to enhance your insider management.

Request an insider to keep their own insider list

When creating a new insider list, you can now choose to require an insider to keep their own insider list for their organization. Once the insider confirms their obligations, they will be notified that they need to keep their own insider register and will need to confirm this as well.

Function to print all history for an insider list

There is now a function to print all the information under the History tab in an insider list. This is helpful if, for example, you need to send this information to someone who does not have access to your Insider Manager.

You need to allow storage of cookies on your computer in order to use TeamEngine as we intended. Cookies are used to give you access to various features, and if you do not allow cookies, you may not be able to use certain features.

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device, by websites you visit. There are two types of cookies. The first is a persistent cookie that stores a file on your device which is used to be able to notify what is new since you last visited our website.

Cookies can be used when a user wants to customize websites according to their user preferences such as custom contrast, font size or sorting and selection. Once the expiration date is passed, the cookie is automatically deleted when you return to the site that created it.

The second is a session cookie. A session cookie is stored on your device while you are active on our website, e.g. to remember which language you have selected. When you close your browser, the cookies are usually removed.

Avoiding cookies

If you do not want to accept cookies, you can setup your browser to automatically deny storage of cookies or inform you every time a website wishes to store cookies. You can always delete cookies stored in your browser. For instructions, check the help manual of your browser.

Analytical tools for web statistics

TeamEngine uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website. Information created by cookies (including your IP-address) is forwarded to and stored by Google on servers located in the United States of America.

The purpose of assessing how the website is used is to improve content, navigation and structure. Google may also give your information to a third-party if required by law, or in such cases information is processed by a third-party for Google. Google will not associate IP-addresses with other data acquired by Google. The analytical tool preferences used by TeamEngine have anonymised the data stored with Google by removing the last digits in your IP-address before providing it to Google.

No to web statistics?

If you do not want your visits to the TeamEngine website to be shown in the statistics of Google Analytics, you can choose to reject marketing cookies.
