New features in Insider Manager

Once again, we have listened to what our customers have requested, and we are now releasing several new features in TeamEngine Insider Manager to enhance your insider management.

Prepare an insider list and schedule when it should be activated

When starting a new insider list, you can now choose to activate it at a later time. This allows you to prepare the entire list and add all insiders without sending emails to them immediately. You can schedule when it should be activated or manually activate it; only then will emails be sent to insiders to confirm their obligations.

Schedule emails, for example, about trading bans

We are introducing a brand-new feature in Insider Manager that allows you to schedule emails to be sent to insiders or PDMRs. This feature is perfect for informing, for instance, about trading bans 30 days before a quarterly report or financial statement is disclosed, but it can be effectively used for other purposes as well.

You can choose the date and time for when the email should be sent, whether there should be a button to confirm that the information has been read, specify the recipients, and set the email's subject and content. There is also a function to send reminders to those who have not confirmed that they have read the information.

Option for insiders to print or download obligations

Adjacent to the box with the obligations that an insider or PDMR confirms having read and understood, there is now a button to print or download these obligations.
