We are pleased to inform you that the My Portals "Lobby," has undergone a significant upgrade that we believe will enhance the user experience. The new design not only focuses on a more modern appeal, but also user-centric functionality. We will gradually roll out this update.

A notable addition is the personal "to-do" list, now tailored for each portal. By using this feature, you can easily organize and keep track of your tasks and activities within each specific portal.
We have also introduced an overview of all meetings from all portals that users have access to. This feature allows you to have a consolidated view of your meeting schedule without having to navigate into each individual portal separately. It saves time and provides smoother management of your tasks within different organizations using TeamEngine.
