AI Engine in TeamEngine

TeamEngine is excited to announce the release of AI Engine, the foundation for all future AI-powered tools in the TeamEngine platform, and a first step toward significantly more efficient work. With this release, we introduce the first AI Engine tool, focused on editing and refining meeting minutes.

This first tool offers three key features: text summarization to quickly condense lengthy content, rephrasing and rewriting to improve clarity and tone, and converting text into bullet points for a cleaner and more structured format.

The tool is built directly into the calendar module in TeamEngine, meaning there is no need to switch between tools or copy text elsewhere. Everything happens within your existing workflow, saving time and helping you produce well-structured meeting minutes more efficiently.

Whether you want to process notes after a meeting or structure a lengthy discussion into clear action points, AI Engine is there to help you get it done faster.

This is just the beginning. As we continue to develop AI Engine, more tools and features will be added to further support your work in TeamEngine.

In connection with the release of AI Engine, we would like to remind you that all data is stored in Sweden and hosted in data centers certified with ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001. Your data never leaves Europe. AI processing takes place within the EU.
